Introduction

GLECLUBS is an algorithm for predicting cis-regulatory binding sites in a prokaryotic genome, which was described in the following paper:

Validation of the predictions in E. coli K12 and B. subtilis:
  1. Recovery of known binding sites in RegulonDB for E. coli K12
  2. Recovery of known binding sites in DBTBS for B. subtilis

eGLECLUBS is an extended version of GLECLUBS for simultaneously predicting binding sites in a group of closely related prokaryotic genomes, which was described in the following paper:
